Virtual Visits are a convenient option for getting the care your child needs, and are available 7 days a week. These appointments work well for minor illnesses, rash/skin concerns, injury follow-up, and wound healing follow-up.

School, Sports, and Camp Forms
All form completion requests, including Sports forms, Camp forms, Individualized Health Plans (IHP), and Medication Authorization forms, received outside of a scheduled visit must be submitted electronically.
