There's something so rewarding about working with kids. I feel strongly about preventative care - in pediatrics you tend to meet kids at the very beginning and can have a really significant impact on their long-term health.
Background
Dr. Eva Taylor joined our practice in August of 2016. Dr. Taylor attended Providence College in Rhode Island for her undergraduate degree. She went on to Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center for medical school, and then completed her residency at Children’s Hospital Oakland. Dr. Taylor focuses on preventative care, enjoys caring for infants and young children, and has a special interest in adolescent medicine.
Once a year Dr. Taylor proudly shaves her head in support of childhood cancer research for the St. Baldrick’s Foundation “Shave for the Brave.” She says her head gets a little cold, but feels it is important to support this cause and show solidarity with all of the children who lose their hair from treatment.
Dr. Taylor lives in Seattle with her husband, daughter, and twin boys. In her free time she enjoys walking the waterfront and scuba diving.
Occasionally, providers may not be accepting new patients. Please check with the receptionist when scheduling an appointment.
