Background
Gina Newman is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who joined our practice in 2021. She attended Scripps College for her undergraduate education, and completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing as well as a Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Pennsylvania. Gina spent the first part of her nursing career working in pediatric oncology—first as a Nurse at Seattle Children’s Hospital, then as a Nurse Practitioner at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
Gina believes that pediatrics is truly a team effort that involves partnering with patients and their families. She enjoys working with children of all ages to address their health concerns, including their physical and emotional wellbeing. Gina appreciates that children and teens teach her something new every day, and admires their resilience and courage. She is committed to ensuring a healthy future generation through high quality, family-centered care.
Gina is originally from Bellevue, WA. She enjoys exploring new trails in the PNW, loves the performing arts, playing tennis, traveling, cooking new recipes, and spending time with family and friends.
